The insurance covers, in addition to the goods appearing on the list of goods, the entire real estate and furniture property the community, rented owned by it in any capacity or for which it is responsible. - for the organizations intervening in France within the framework of the European passport (free service service or free establishment): provide a copy of the approval obtained from the ACPR (or the central bank ofu country of origin translated into French) in the insurance branch according to the French nomenclature, corresponding to the guarantees to be covered,

- failing to provide a dem certificate, to be in conformity with the regulations on intermediation and to be registered with ORIAS, or a declaration provided for in the certificate of honor. The mandate of the insurance company to know the`scope of its powers and in particular that of signing the offer or not on behalf of the insurance company.
