Insurance services. consultation takes the form of an open tendering procedure pursuant to Articles 42 (1) (a) of then 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and 25, 66 alineas 2, 67 to 68, 77, 78 and 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets. The contract is concluded for a period of one year from 1.1.2019, or on the date of receipt of the notification by the holder if it is later than the scheduled date (1.1.2019). The market is renewable twice, 12 months.
