The city of Zurich intends to review the existing flat-rate insurance for property damage and elemental damage as of 1.1.2019

Die Stadt Zuerich intends to use the existing lump-sum insurance against material and eConditions for non-WTO member countries: The provider must have the approval of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for the sale of insurance against fire and elemental damage in Switzerland.

Remedy: Against this tender canwithin 10 days at the administrative court of the canton of Zurich, Militaerstrasse 36, PO Box, 8090 Zurich, in writing complaint will be filed. The notice of appeal must be filed in duplicate; it must contain an application and its reasoning. The contested invitation to tender must be attached. The evidence used must be specified and as far as possible settled.

Deadline-/ Comments: Missed offers are no longer considered and returned to the sender. The burden of proof for the timeliness of submission lies with the offering insurance company. Only the physical entrance to the awarding office is binding for the receipt of the offer. Offers submitted by post must be sent in this waythat the deadline can be met. The postmark or barcode of a Swiss or state recognized foreign post office is in this case for the preservation of deadlines not authoritative and not sufficient. Remarks (Appointment for written questions) If there are any questions about the offer, it is possible this in written or electronish form until 8.6.2018 17.00. Later questions will no longer be answered. The answers will be sent anonymously and in writing to all insurance companies who have placed the tender documents by 15.6.2018.
