Dairy communication program in the framework of the European Commission`s white paper - selection of a media space buying agency

CNIEL organizes a competition for the selection of an agency purchase of media space in order to implement a communication program for dairy products in the framework of the Commission`s White Papereuropeenne

Main Site: France.

Tranche firm to achieve by 20.3.2020: the agency selected will have to accompany the CNIEL in the assembly of the application in response to the call for 2020 projects of the European Commission.

Conditional phase: candidates must provide an offer including strategic reflection and media plan, including a multi-media and multi-target strategy, andtaking into account the elements of the brief provided.

This notice cancels the pre-information notice (prior notice) reference n 2019-151413 published on 29.10.2019.

- form DC1 and DC2 duly completed, dates and symbols or the Single European Market Document (DUME),

- the extract of the accounts (tax reports) for the last 3 financial years and, where applicable, the turnover of the domainof the activity covered by the market, covering the last 3 years available,

- list of similar services provided during the last 3 years. The candidate will indicate the amount, the date and the name of the public or private client in the respect of the eventual obligations of confidentiality. In case of application in group form, the candidate specifies the form of the grouping [cOnjoint or solidaire, being specified that only 1 solidary group can be awarded the market (Cf.Article 10 below), designates the agent of the grouping and produces the mandate authorizing the agent validly engage the grouping,

- the proof insurance for occupational hazards, - a statement indicating the candidate`s average annual manpower and the number of stafffor each of the last 3 years, - a description of the applicant`s material and human resources justifying his ability to perform the services requested.
