The subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as well as competitors based in other countries other than ITALY as per art. 49 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in compliance with the conditionsivi poste.

b) the participants must possess the requisites of a general nature, professional suitability and ability as per articles. 80, 83 and referred to in Annex XVII of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, in addition to those required by applicable laws;

C) in particular competitors, in relation to the necessary financial, technical, organizational and organizational capacity, they will have to:

- be registeredto the Chamber of Commerce by activity coinciding with that subject of this contract or in a professional or commercial register of the State of residence,

- possess the additional requisites envisaged by art. 83 and of Annex XVII of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as specified in the Disciplinary of tender.

- The tender is carried out on electronic instruments support pursuant to art. 52 Legislative Decree 50/2016. The companies involved will have to previously request and require authorization to the portaland www.acquistinretepa.it, within the terms and conditions set out in the Rules of Competition,

- pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, as amended by Legislative Decree 56/2017, the shortcomings of any formal element of the request can be remedied through the procedure of preliminary investigation referred to in this paragraph. In particular, in case of lack, incompleteness and any other irregularitiesprinciple of the elements and of the single European tender document referred to in Article 85, with the exception of those relating to the economic bid and the technical bid, the awarding authority shall award a term to the tenderer, not exceeding 10 days, made, integrated or regularized the necessary declarations, indicating the content and the subjects that must make them. In case dthe useless expiration of the regularization term, the competitor will be excluded from the tender. The deficiencies in the documentation that do not allow the identification of the content or of the person responsible for the same constitute essential irregularities which can not be remedied,

- all the companies taking part in the contract must, pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67 of the Law of 23.12.2005, n. 266, pay to fwith the ANAC a contribution of € 70.00 (seventy / 00) according to the instructions on the website www.avcp.it. To this end it is specified that the tender identification code (CIG) and the following: 7791492E96,

- the verification of the possession of the general requirements, of economic and financial capacity and of technical capacity will occur, in accordance with the AVCP resolution n . 111 of 20.12.2012, athrough the use of the AVCPass system, made available by the authority to which all subjects interested in participating in this procedure must register by accessing the appropriate link on the AVCP portal (Service with restricted access - AVCPASS economic operators), according to the instructions contained therein,

- amounts declared by economic operators established in countries other than Italya (pursuant to Article 49 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016) if expressed in another currency they must be converted into euros,

- obligatory for the inspection and acknowledgment of the documents relating to the service,

- the contract does not contain the contract arbitration clause,

- the data collected will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 exclusively in the context of this tender.
