Trondheim kommune [Trondheim municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition in connection with entering into a contract for flowers for the municipality`s units.

The deliveries will primarily occur at the contracting authority`s premises. In addition it will be relevant for deliveries to other premises and meeting places, private addresses in Trondheim and the surrounding municipalities, as well as the rest of the nation.

In the price form in Appendix 2, tender form, there is a list of a number of bouquets, flower arrangements and the like. It is anticipated that these variations will cover the majority of the contracting authority`s need for flowers during the contract period. The contract will, however, also include the tenderer`s other range. A further description of the assignment is in annex 1 requirement specifications and award criteria.
