The subject of this public procurement is the supply of medical equipment and medical equipment "CT simulator" for the workplace of radiation oncology.This Budweis Hospital, as in accordance with the applicable law, especially Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, zakNo. 268/2014 Coll., on Medical Devices and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts, as amended, and the applicable legal provisions, including any related activities to the extent defined by the Enclosure Documentation. The subject of this public procurement is all the supplies and activities specified in Annex 1 of the Documentation.

Main Site: Advertiser Solution in JThe subject of this public procurement is the supply of the equipment and medical equipment "CT simulator" for the workplace of radiation oncology, in accordance with the valid legal regulation, especially the law of the Czech Republic. 89/2012 Coll., Act on Citizens, as amended, Act No. 268/2014 Coll., On health careand any amendments to, or amendments to, any of the related laws, in the wording and in compliance with applicable laws, including all relevant activities to the extent defined in the Enclosure. The subject of this public procurement is all the supplies and activities specified in Annex 1 of the Inventory Documentation.

The fulfillment of the professional competence shall be proved by the supplier, who shall submit a)(b) proof of the right of establishment to the extent corresponding to the subject of the Public Procurement, unless otherwise required by such laws, in particular by the law of the Commercial Register or otherwise by the Registry, a document proving the corresponding trade license or license, pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Act. a) Zakona,

4.3.2 Zadathe applicant requests the fulfillment of the professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Code. The contracting authority shall be a professional person under - 77 paragraph 2.(a) The Zakona is also deemed to be fulfilled if the Contractor proves that he has a trade license which, from the point of view of the field of business, corresponds to a trade license under Section 4.3.2. The Contracting Authority does not require the suppliers to prove their economic qualification in accordance with - 78 of the Act .. The Contracting Authority shall allow all suppliers, who are interested in submitting a quote in an open order, the visit is filled. The visit will take place at the following end: 6.3.2019, from 10.00 am
