Financing of the construction of 60 family dwellings

The offered service comprises the building loan and mortgage credit to finance the construction of 60 family homes. The work is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Directive 2014/24 / EU.

Tenders can be submitted on the building loan combined with mortgage financing.

General conditions for the building loan:

A building loan up to 70 000 000 DKK is desiredThe expected longevity of the building loans must run until delivery and completion of construction accounts.

The building loan is expected to be fully available on the basis of approved form B.

The building loan must as a minimum be stated with:

(a) Debt interest (stated as Danmarks Nationalbank`s deposit certificate rate / addendum),

(b) Possible. fees / costs of the building loan establishment, use and redemption,

(c)Possibly. cash subsidies,

(d) Building loan and payment terms.

The building loan interest rate must be based on Danmarks Nationalbank`s deposit rate interest rate.

It must be stated in the offer that the supplement to Danmarks Nationalbank`s deposit certificate rate cannot be increased in the assumed loan term for the loan. connection with changes in Danmarks Nationalbank`s depository certificate rate or if bid

General conditions for the credit unions:
