A loan is acquired according to the requirements of the Tender Book, an internal loan amounting to RON 34, 013, 308.36, the funds being required to provide financial resources for the payment of EU co-financing investment objectives, with a duration of13 years of which:

An internal loan amounting to RON 34, 013, 308.36 is acquired, according to the requirements of the Tender Book, the funds being necessary for the provision of the financial resources for the payment of the investment objectives with co-financing EU, with a duration of 13 years of which:

- grace period of 3 years, in which interest and commissions are paid and not- the repayment period of 10 years, in which interest, commissions and the credit rate are paid.

The way of bidding: if two or more offers are included in the financial proposal the same price, the contracting authority will ask tenderers for a new financial proposal, in the new SEAP, where the winning tender will be awardedby 1) The contract will be signed only after obtaining the favorable opinion of the Commission for the authorization of the local loans. The tenderer has the obligation within 5 working days from the transmission of the communication regarding the obtaining by the contracting authority of the favorable opinion from the Immigration Commissionlocal loans, to sign the credit agreement. The credit agreement to be concluded constitutes information of public interest and consequently will not be subject to bank secrecy regulations. The score for the proposed experts is in addition to the minimum requirements in the specifications;

2) The evaluation commission has the obligation to determine the winning bid, from thethe admissible tenders, based on the application of the criterion set for the award of the public acquisition contract, namely the lowest price; 3) Information on the person empowered to represent the economic operator in order to participate in this public procurement procedure shall be filled in to the DUAE;

4) Taking into account the provisions of art. 20 par.
