Tarnaveni Municipality wishes to contract a repayable internal financing for a period of 180 months, worth RON 17, 024, 000, for the execution of some investment works in the city Tarnaveni: "Modernization of streets in Tarnăveni", "Drinking water supply of the Botorca neighborhood in mu"Tarnaveni", "Rehabilitation of the building in the Public Development Services - Buildings Sector", "Rehabilitation of the Tarnaveni City Hall building in order to increase the energy efficiency"

Acquisition of credit granting services banking (contracting a domestic reimbursable financing) over a period of 180 months in value-of 17, 224, 000 RON, for the execution of some investment works in Tarnaveni municipality: "Modernization of streets in Tarnăveni", "Drinking water supply of the Botorca district of Tarnaveni", "Rehabilitation of the building in the Public Development Services - Buildings" "Rehabilitation of the Tarnaveni Town Hall Building in order to increase the energy efficiency".

Number ddays prior to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids is 8 days and the deadline for A.C. will answer in a clear and complete manner all requests for clarification is 6 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders in the tender notice.

The estimated value of the acquisition is 6, 378, 759.45 RON without VAT, representing the cost• The bidders, the third parties and the subcontractors must not fall within the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The economic operator (leader, associate, subcontractor or third party) has the obligation to complete the DUAE from the awarding documentation, according to art. 193 par. (2) and (3) of Law 98 / 2016.
