The subject of the order is to provide and service a bank loan up to PLN 3, 150, 000.00 (in words: three million one hundred and fifty thousand zlotys 00/100) from earmarked for financing the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously contracted obligations under the paper issuein valuable and contracted loans and borrowings - the Contracting Authority demands a bid bond in the amount of PLN 20, 000.00 (say: twenty thousand zlotys).
