OpenThe Cultural Heritage Fund, managed by UAB Viešųjų investicijų plėtros agentūra, will be selected on the basis of a selection of the financial instrument "Purchase of loans to the cultural heritage funded by the European Regional Development Fund". The selected financial instrument manager will, with the funds of the Cultural Heritage Fund, provide loans for the objects of cultural heritage actualization.

The Purchaser requires suppliers to submit a relevant declaration to the European General Procurement Document, replacing the documents issued by the competent authorities and proving that there are no grounds for the removal of the supplier established in accordance with the provisions of Article 46 of the Law on Public Procurement. The European Joint Public Procurement Document is prepared in accordance with the standardwhich is approved in 2016. January 5 Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 establishing the standard format for a European contract document (OJ 2016 L 3, p. 16). Those wishing to complete the European General Procurement Document electronically use the electronic form developed by the European Commission.

The procurement terms and conditions of the supplier's withdrawal apply, and what-documents justify the absence of exclusion bases, are presented in the terms of the tender.
