Supply of diesel hydraulic cranes for off-shore plants

Supply of goods and services for the design, procurement and possible commissioning of lifting systems for off-shore sites, in the mining sector (Legislative Decree 624/96) and in the classified area.

Main Site: Ravenna and off-shore the Adriatic Sea.

With regard to this call for tenders, the contracting authority will assign n.1 (one) or more contracts for the supply of:

- n. 2 (two) ATEX hydraulic diesel cranes of minimum size of 18 t @ 4 m, 7 t @ 20-24 m, arm 20-24 m, rotation 360, CE certified and API2C to be installed on existing column.

Optional activities will be the following:

- supervision service for the assembly of the lifting means at the installation site,

- support activities for the commissioning, start-up and on-site testing,

- staff training courses at the site and / or the installation site,

- kept in the asset.

Scope of Work

Supply of goods and services for planning, procurement and possible commissioning of lifting systems for off-shore sites, in the mining sector (Legislative Decree 624/96) and in the classified area.The main activities included in the scope of the work are:

- engineering,

- supervision service for the assembly of the lifting means at the installation site,

- commissioning support activities, start up of the systems supplied and on-site testing,

- training courses for the client's staff at the site and / or the site of installation,

- kept in good,

- supply of all meansof lifting indicated above.

The contract (s) closed will be awarded by the contracting entity to the candidate (s) also according to the criterion of the best delivery time on the goods requested. Estimated assignment date III quarter 2019. The candidate will have to express the delivery time in weeks for the I and for the II crane, made FAS Ravenna (Marina di Ravenna) from the date of awardingion of the contract.

Reason for failure to divide into lots: the subject of the contract is necessarily unitary in light of specific technical characteristics and CEI, UNI, IEC, EN, API and in particular ATEX directive 2014 / 34.

The candidate must giveand evidence, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, of his own economic and financial capacity.

In this regard, the candidate must produce, together with the request to participate, a copy of the approved corporate financial statements for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. The companies of recent training, with the exception of those arising from the merger / incorporation of pre-existing companies, must bebe able to provide a copy of at least one balance sheet filed for the year prior to the date of this announcement.

In the case of groupings of companies, all the members must present their financial statements. In the case of consortia, the financial statements must be provided both by the consortium and by the individual consortium companies.

On the basis of the aforementioned financial statements the candidate, under penalty of exclusionfrom the tender, he must provide evidence of the achievement of an average annual production value of not less than: EUR 3 500 000.

In the sole case in which the candidate is the head of a group of companies, the aforementioned value can be deduced from the related consolidated financial statements. For the aforementioned purposes we mean:

- group of companies: a set of companies that are autonomous from a legal point of viewbut subject to a single economic entity,

- consolidated financial statements: final year financial statement that describes the economic, equity and financial situation of a business group, prepared by the company at the top (group leader) and drawn up on the basis of legal provisions and in compliance with the accounting regulations in force,

- corporate balance sheet: final balance sheetor which describes the economic, equity and financial situation of a company, considered individually, prepared on the basis of the provisions of the law and in compliance with the accounting regulations in force.

In the case of groupings of companies and consortia, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree 04/18/2016 no. 50, the aforementioned value of production must be held to the extent indicated in Articles 47 and 48, of the D.Lgs. 18.4.2016 n. 50.
