We announce:

Electronic open competition (AD: 25/19) for the supply of two (2) air conditioners for the hand buildingof the new wing of the 401 GATS, based on the technical description of the 401 GATS, an annex and with the award criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, exclusively on the basis of price (lowest price), budgeted value of two hundred and twenty-five thousand eight hundred and six euros five minutes (225 806.45 EUR), including reservations (excluding VAT) and two hundredthousands of euros 280, 000.00 EUR including VAT.

Eligibility for professional activity:

Economic operators participating in this tender procedure are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft related activities. In particular, they are required to be registered in the relevant professional and commercial registereconomic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional and commercial registers kept at their place of residence (Appendix A to Annex XI to Law 4412/16). In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in non-acceding third countriesin the GPA or in third countries which do not fall under the former case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the EU. in the case of public procurement procedures, they must be
