The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of 10 platforms of municipal underground and tDiluted waste

The scope of the subject of the contract is addressed in the project documentation Stands of semi-underground containers for communal waste at the housing estate Družba in Trnava, III. stage, elaborated by Ing. Kovačikom, Trenčin on 05-06 / 2019. Equivalent solutions are also accepted.

The contracting authority requires fulfillment of the conditions specified in - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Public Procurement"). The tenderer shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 para.

In the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of contractors involved in a public procurement procedure, proof of compliance with the conditions for participation in relation to a personal post is required.each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of the conditions of participation according to - 32 para. 1 pism. (e) The ZVO shall only prove the member of the group in respect of that part of the subject of the contract which it is intended to procure. In the case of a successful bidder I will be origInal or certified copies submitted within the framework of suicide before signing the contract. The applicant can prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by completing the single European document (JED) according to - 39 par.

In electronic submission, scanned copies of original documents or scanned copies of officially authenticated photocopies of original documents are submitted.Checkers must be scanned and embedded in the system from their original or officially certified photocopy. In the event that there are documents by which the applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions of participation issued by the public administration body (or other obligatory institution) directly in digital form, the applicant may enter this digital document into the system (including its official translation). The applicant is also entitled to use untiltransformed by guaranteed conversion according to Act no. 305/2013 Coll. on the electronic form of the performance of public authorities` authority and on the amendment of certain conclusions (e-Government conclusions), as amended.
