Delivery of buried container - 67 pcs. (1) Bidders (including associates), supporting third parties and subcontractors shall not be present in the situations referred to in art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on Procurement - How to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: DUAE will be completed-by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted at the request of the contracting authority only to the bidder ranked first at the completion of the tender evaluation.

These documents may be, but are not limited to:(a) the certificates showing the absence of debts in respect of the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the state, including the local taxes, that the bidder does not have outstanding debts at the time of presentation. the general consolidated budget (state budget, local budget, etc.) at the time of presentation.

The way to demonstrate that the requirement is met: The operators will be complemented by the DUAEeconomic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to them.
