Contract for the architectural and engineering technical services related to the construction works of the intervention in the Municipality of Reggio Emilia. CIG: 82007809BC

This contract concerns the assignment of the architectural and engineering technical services consisting of the final design to be submitted to V.I.A, in the design andecutiva and in the coordination of safety during the design phase, relating to the construction works of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia.

Main Site: Place of reference works: SP467R in the locality of Fogliano Due Maesta, in the Municipality of Reggio Emilia.

Competitors, under penalty of exclusion, must meet the following requirements:

Competitor requirements:

a) The requirements referred to in ministerial decree 2.12.2016 n. 263. The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, presents registration in a specific corresponding register provided for by the national legislation of belonging or sworn declaration or according to the methods in force in the State in which it is established;

b) (for all types of companies and for consortia) Registration in the register of companies kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture for assetsta consistent with those covered by this tender procedure. The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, presents the corresponding commercial register or sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

Requirements of the working group:

For the professional who performs the activitydesign activities:

c) Registration in the professional register of Engineers by the person / s personally responsible for the assignment. The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, presents registration in a specific corresponding register provided for by the national legislation of belonging or declaration gjured or according to the methods in force in the State in which it is established.

For the professional who carries out the role of safety coordinator during the design phase:

d) The requirements pursuant to art. 98 of Legislative Decree 81 / 2008.

With reference to the language that can be used for the presentation of the offers, it is specified that, in addition to the Italian language, presentation in a foreign language is also allowedprovided that it is accompanied by a sworn translation into Italian. In the event of a conflict between the foreign language text and the Italian text, the Italian version will prevail, being at the risk of the competitor to ensure the faithfulness of the translation.
