Baerum kommune [municipality] hereby invites service providers to participate in a competition for temporary engagement of project developers and project managers for Baerum kommune Eiendom, Byggherreenheten [Baerum Municipality, Property, the Builders Unit].

Baerum municipality is experiencing strong population growth, meaning that activity in the Property Department is very high. As such, there are many exciting and socially beneficial projects that must be developed and implemented in the future. On this basis, the builders unit has a need to quickly strengthen the implementation ability by connecting with temporary resources such as project developers and project managers.

The Property Department currently needs 2 project developers and 2 project managers. If the Contract Authority receives highly competent applicants, they may consider engaging a further 2 project managers. The selected resources will be engaged for 6 months, with the possibility to extend for up to 3 years, 1 year at a time.
