The works subject to procurement are contracted according to the standard contract for the construction of the FIDIC "Red Book" and include works on the construction of the sewage network of the Zabok and Zlatar systems.

Main Site: The place of performance is the service area of the Zagor companyski waterworks d.o.o. that is, the cities of Zabok and Oroslavje, and the municipalities of Veliko Trgovišće, Bedekovčina, Sveti Križ Začretje, Mace, Gornja Stubica.

The Zabok system includes the cities and municipalities: Cities - Zabok, Oroslavje, Municipalities - Sveti Križ Začretje, Veliko Trgovišće, Bedekovčina, Mače, Gornja Stage 1. Phase I envisages construction of a total of 90.92 km of gravity and pressure sewage, 27 pumping stations and 29casting structures.

28.1. Conditions of professional competence

- The Bidder is obliged to prove the entry in the court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in the country of his / her establishment. - completed ESPD form (Part IV Selection Criteria, Section A: Ability to pursue a professional activity: point 1)) for all economic operators on offer.

In order to verify the information provided in the ESPD form, in accordance with Article 263 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority is obliged before making a decision on the selection from the tenderer who submitted the economic request the best offer to submit updated supporting documents within a reasonable time, not less than 5 daysnte unless he already owns those documents. The contracting authority shall accept the following documents as sufficient proof of the ability to carry on the professional activity of the economic operator of Chapter 28.1.
