This is a construction work, A future emblematic building of the University of Strasbourg (Unistra), as part of the operation campus. Flagship project in the global strategy of campus operationS, the future building will be located at the gates of the esplanade campus, along the Boulevard de la Victoire, the main axis of the city and the crossing point for several tram lines. It will thus constitute one of the Unistra on the city. The part of the estimated financial allocation for the works is estimated at 17, 7 million euros (S) excluding taxes for a projected area of approximately 6, 500 m2.This is the maximum amount beyond which the transaction may not be completed. The building will be classified as ERP (Student Establishment) with respect to student services and documentary resources and the expected staffing is approximately 1000 people. The new construction will have to answer to the RT 2012.
