The subject of the order is Execution of services related to mining, mechanical processing, quality control and sale of hard coal and other services to the Ordering Partyf) orders specified in the subject description on non-working days, ie on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays that are statutory days free of work and on days that the Employer will be non-working days provided in exchange for holidays that are public holidays falling on Saturdays entries SIWZ

Subject of the order ist Execution of services related to mining, mechanical processing, quality control and sales of hard coal, as well as other works specified in the subject description, on non-working days, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, which are public holidays and on days at the Employer will be days free from work provided in exchange for holidays that are daysami statutorily free from work falling on Saturdays consisting of:

1. Production, mining of coal output, start up of face walls and shaft equipment, mining shafts

2. Running preparatory works.

3. Performing maintenance, repair and transport works at the bottom and on the surface of the Order's mining plant.

4. Performing surveying and geological works.

5. of processingbce of mechanical hard coal, quality control and forwarding of hard coal, coal sales services (including: weight and fine maize, weight and cash of coarse coal, weight of coffee), shape correction and completion of housing elements, as well as on performing other detailed works in the "Description of the subject of the orders" necessary to carry out the work referred to in points 1-4 on the conditions specified in "Owriting the subject of the order "and in the text of the contract, using machines, devices, equipment, tools, materials and infrastructure owned by the Employer.

Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the economic or financial situation can apply for the ordering.

- they had the financial resources or creditworthiness of the above-mentioneda minimum of PLN 5, 000, 000.00,

- they were insured against civil liability in respect of their activities related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum not lower than PLN 2, 000, 000.00 or more.
