Call for expressions of interest for the rebuilding and extension of a bathing and sauna world, followed by maintenance and operation of the Zweckverbandes the conversion and extension measures at the AQACUR Badewelt Bad Koetzting carried out according to specifications; the interested parties also have to take over the operation and maintenance of the bathing world for a period of 25 years from completion. It is sich not a tendering invitation to tender and no prior information according to RiL 18/2004 / EC or a contract award, but only a market investigation. Neither the public office nor the interested parties are authorized or obliged to carry out the project. The expression of interest serves to prepare the decision of the public office on theInitiation of a possible award procedure.
