Sports facility Worbboden - plastic turf

Creation of a plastic turf field on a drainage pavement created by the customer.

Creation of a plastic turf field on a drainage pavement provided by the client mm. KuPlastic grass surface (football), unfilled, pile height 30 mm. All straight longitudinal and transverse marking lines are classified in different colors, all lines are glued in radii and marking lines / points. Carpet width min. 4.0 m, all sheets are permanently glued. Field size net 100 x 64 m, gross 106 x 70 m. FIFA Quality requirements.

All necessary information, Documents resp. Evidence of the suitability criteria. Art. 20 OeBV:

- Self-declaration with the requested evidence,

- Detailed debt enforcement register extract,

- Confirmation of the tax authorities (VAT, state, local and federal taxes),

- Confirmation of the compensation funds (AHV, IV, EO, ALV),

- Confirmation of the pension fund (BV contributions),

- Confirmation of the SUVA resp. BU / NBU,

- Confirmation of daily sickness benefit insurance (KTV) if required in the GAV,

- Confirmation of the paritarian professional commission regarding Compliance with GAV (for branches without GAV confirmation of the auditor regarding locality and industry standard as well as equal pay between men and women)Must not be older than one year and have to show that all due premiums have been paid.

In the case of bidding consortia, all parties involved have to fill out and sign a self-declaration and provide the supporting documents .

TUrgent offers are not permitted.

Terms and conditions: Net offers must be submitted. Discount, discounts and any deductions are to be listed in the offer. Offers that are not submitted on time or incomplete will be excluded from the competition. Offers with price agreements are not considered. The surcharge is based on the offer.

Negotiations: About the price wno negotiations are held. Technical negotiations are reserved.

Principles of procedure: The client places public orders for services in Switzerland only to providers who ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and working conditions for employees and equal pay for men and women.

1) Placing an order: The placing of an order is subject to the issuing of the building permit;

2) Inspection: There is no mandatory inspection. However, it is assumed that the entrepreneurs have taken a picture of the local conditions and that these have been included in the price calculation;

3) Contract term: The contract term is notbinding.

Instructions on legal remedies: This invitation to tender can be challenged within 10 days of its publication on Simap.ch on February 25, 20, with a complaint to the governor`s office in Bern-Mittelland, Poststrasse 25, 3071 Ostermundigen.
