Main contract - Extension and renovation of Holmegardsskolen

Holmegardskolen must be expanded with 1 track, so it goes from being a 2 track to a3-track school. In this context, existing school buildings need to be remodeled and renovated. In addition, two new buildings must be erected respectively. Schooling and Schooling

Main Site: Holmegardsskolen. Plovhalevej 8A, 2650 Hvidovre

Holmegard School is to be expanded with 1 track, so it goes from being a 2-track to a 3-track school. In this context, existing school buildings need to be remodeled and renovated. DFor this, two new buildings must be erected for respectively. - The new school building must be erected west of the existing main building and north of the existing sports hall. The building has a gross floor area of 2, 442 m2.

The new school building is to be erected 0st for the existing main building and has a gross roof area of 2, 048 m2.

Large parts of existing school building willl renovated and remodeled. In the west wing, intermediate stages (3-6 class) and SFO are placed.

The school is operational throughout the construction period and construction is expected to be completed in 2 stages. During the construction period, pavilions must be erected for partial re-housing on the site. The redevelopment is not part of the main contract, but must be coordinated with it.35 and 136, the compulsory grounds for exclusion, as well as the grounds for exclusion mentioned in section 137 (1) of the Offering Act. 1, paragraphs 1-4 and 6, unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence that the applicant is reliable in accordance with section 138 of the Tendering Act.
