Execution of activities, works or supplies that may be necessary for maintenance and efficiencyelectricity of MV / LV transformer substations, distribution systems, outdoor public lighting and tunnels, ventilation, buildings, as well as related support infrastructures along the A10 Savona-Ventimiglia motorway section (French border), including road variants of Albenga, Taggia and Ventimiglia, at the directional center of Imperia eat all other competences of Autostrada dei Fiori SpA.

Execution of activities, works or supplies that may be necessary for the maintenance and electrical efficiency of the MV / LV transformer substations, distribution systems, outdoor public lighting andtunnel, ventilation, buildings, as well as related support infrastructures along the A10 Savona-Ventimiglia motorway section (French border), including the road variants of Albenga, Taggia and Ventimiglia, at the Imperia business center and at all the others competencies of Autostrada dei Fiori SpA.

Economic operators are admitted to the tender dwhose art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, consisting of single companies or companies united under the conditions set out in the following articles 47, 48, 80, 83, 84, as well as subjects based in other states than ITALY pursuant to and under the conditions set out in art. 49 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and other applicable regulations.

Absence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, of whichart. 24, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, art. 41 of Legislative Decree no. 198/2006, art. 44 of Legislative Decree no. 286/1998. Possession of the requirements of articles 83 and 84 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met see point III.2.1) personal situation of the operators, including the requirements relating to enrollment in the professional or professional registercommercial register of the call for tenders published on the GURI V special series public contracts.

Qualification certificate in course of validity, appropriate by category and classification to the values of the contract to be awarded referred to in point II.2.1) of the call for tenders published on the GURI V special series public contracts, issued by a SOA specifically authorized pursuant to art. 84 of Legislative DecreeLegislative Decree no. 50/2016, which certifies that the economic, financial and technical-professional capacity requirements indicated in art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, insofar as compatible, the requirements set out in part II, title III, as well as in the annexes and parts of the annexes referred to therein, of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 5.10.2010, n. 207 and the provisions of the D.M. n. 248/2016.

E admission of impairment pursuant to art. 89 of the code, with the limitations allowed by the relative paragraph 4 if provided.

In the case of companies established outside the European Union, the same must meet the above requirements, presenting the documentation in compliance with the regulations in force in the respective countries, together with documents translated into Italian by an official translatoriale, which certifies compliance with the original text in the mother tongue.
