The aforementioned task will be implemented as part of the Project entitled:" Modernization of the heating network in the city of Lublin "(Measure 1.5.) Co-financed from the funds of the Spojności Fund under the Program operatingego Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, in connection with the signed agreement on co-financing for POIS.01.05.00-00-0001 / 16-00 dated 27/11/2017

The Ordering Party does not specify any conditions in this respect.

The Contractor must be insured against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for a sum insured of at least PLN 1, 000, 000.00 and submit the documentconfirming this insurance. - Contractor from outside the territory of the Republic of Poland should convert to PLN according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) in force on the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Contractor is obliged to provide the accepted exchange rate for PLN.

In the case of submitting an offer by several contractors (oferta contractors jointly applying for the order) or the use of the potential of other entities, this condition must be fulfilled entirely by one of the contractors alone or the entity for which the Contractor's resources are invoked. Preparation of personal data is limited by the duration of the postthe contract and its implementation, pursuing claims and storing documentation for a period resulting from appropriate regulations.

Data maybe transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator only for the purpose related to the business, implementation and settlement for deliveries and services, quality control of completed works.

e) to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act (Part VI point 3 a) of the ToR) - the Employer will use free and publicly available databases, in particular public registers, and if access to suchthe database will not be free of charge or will not be possible, will ask the Contractor to submit a copy from the relevant register or from the central register of business information.
