Creation of a 90/20 KV evacuation station at OCANA in PIM technology

Turnkey construction (studies, supplies and implementation) of a 90/20 KV type electrical substation France on behalf of SEI.

Main Site: OCANA: North East of Ajaccio

The services cover the whole of the post to realize:

Studies: sketch, photomontages, various plans, implantation ...;

General facilities: platform, drainage, viabilisation, tracks, access road to the substation, fence, gate, transformer box, recuperation tank, deportee pit, splash tank, general earth circuit, lighting general;

Building PIM including HVB cells partitioned busbars, rooms HTA, premises (control room, security, batteries, auxiliary units, capacitors, cloakrooms, toilets);

Infrastructure and superstructure;

HTB equipment: (supply, installation and connection) cells with its equipment, busbars, transformer links, links between devices;

HTA equipment: (installation and connection, providing connections between devices and accessories for fixing and connection) gate, TSA, 2I P, capacitors, out of HTA racks;

EquBT TCM: (supply, installation and connection) batteries, auxiliary services, (installation and connection) of control equipment, (supply, installation) LV, TCM connections, including any suggestion of fixing cables (cable trays, chutes ...);

Equipment ancillary to the transformer: (supply and installation) aeraulic system and transformer fire protection;

Global pilotingal of the case and the various stakeholders (planning, weekly progress reports, markup plan, alerts ...): suppliers of assembly of different materials (transformer, HTA trains), SEI stakeholders

The candidate must provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter into any of the bidding cases mentioned in Articles 4548 of order n 2015-899 of 23.7.015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present.

The candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as a K-bis extract, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by thecompetent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a grouping candidate.

If the candidate is in receivership, it must produce the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify that it is entitled to pursue its activities during the period of execution of the-market. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium.

The candidate must provide the certificates issued by the tax administrations and competent bodies proving that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligations. These documents are to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group.The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability.

If, given the date of creation of his business, the candidate does not have all the information, to give equivalent proofs.
