Market for the creation of modular substations for Enedis - RTE - SEI

Construction of electrical substations type in France on behalf of Enedis, RTE and SEI.

The services cover the all of the post to realize:

Studies: sketch, photomontages, various plans, implementation ...;

General amenities: platform, drainage, viabilisation, tracks, access road, fencing, gate, transformer box, recovery tank, dewatered pit, splash tank, general earth circuit, general lighting;

PIM building including HTB cells partitioned busbars; HTA rooms, premises (control room, security, batteries, auxiliary units, TCFM, capacitors, cloakrooms, bathrooms)

Infrastructure-and superstructure;

Equipment HTB: (supply, installation and connection) cells with its materials, busbars, transformers links, connections between devices;

HTA equipment: (installation and connection, supply links between devices and accessories of fixing and connection ) grid, TSA, TCFM, 2I P, capacitors, out of HTA racks;

LV TCM equipment: (supply, installation and connection) batteries, ancillary services, (installation and connection) of control equipment, (supply, installation) LV, TCM connections, including any suggestion of fixing cables (cable trays, chutes, etc.);

Ancillary equipment to the transformer: (supply and installation) aeraulic system and fire protection transformer;

Global management of the case and the various stakeholders (planning, weekly progress reports, markup plan, alerts ...): suppliers of different equipment (transformer, HTA trains), RTE and Enedis stakeholders.

The candidate must provide a declaration dated and signed on the honor justifying qu it does not enter into any of the bidding cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 rThis declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, and by each member of a candidate group where applicable.

The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available. attesting to its financial sustainability.

If, given the date of establishment of his business, the candidate does not have-all information, provide equivalent credentials.
