The subject of public procurement is concluded with Ramcove agreement with the suppliers securing continuous repairs of resinous road surfaces in the possession of the Ustecke region. The Ramcova agreement will be concluded on48 hours after the signing of the Ramcove Agreement, a maximum of 7 participants whose quotes will be selected as the most appropriate in the bidding process. Individuals covered by the Ramcove Agreement will be commissioned to renew the competition on the basis of diligent mintenders.

Subject to the public procurement, Ramcove agreements are concluded with suppliers ensuring the continuous repair of bituminous road surfaces inproperty of the Ustecke region. The Ramcova Agreement will be concluded for a maximum of 48 participants from the signature of the Ramcove Agreement with 7 participants, whose quotes will be selected as the most appropriate in the bidding process. Individuals covered by the Ramcove Agreement will be commissioned to re-open the competition on the basis of diligent extracts of ministers. According to - 77 of the Act, the Contractor shall prove his professional competence by submitting: a) According to Section 77 (1)Kona: Extract from the Commercial Register, if it is entered in it, or a copy of another similarly to the record, if registered in it.

b) Pursuant to - 77 par. a) Act: a document proving the right of business under special legal regulations to the extent of the subject matter, in particular a document proving the corresponding trade license or license, at least for the repair of the Execution of constructions, their changes and the removalc) According to Section 77 (3) of the Act: a document certifying the professional competence of a contractor or a person who, by means of professional competence, provides for the fulfillment of public contracts to be necessary under special legal regulations, to the extent of submitting a document proving the authorization of an authorized engineer or technicians or persons established or persons housed or otherwise under Act No. 360/1992Sb., As amended, in the field of Transport Construction issued by ČKAIT pursuant to Act No. 360/1992 Coll. in the wording
