Conditions of participation:

a) authorization to exercise professional activity, including requirements relating to registrationRegistration in the trade or profession register:

- a letter of application with copies of the documents relating to the powers of the person authorized to bind the company. In case of grouping, the authorizations to the representative must be provided,

- a declaration on the honor by which the candidate certifies that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L.2141-7 to L. 2141-10 of the Public Order Code and that it complies with the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code,

- a declaration of honor by which the candidate certifies that he has not paid damages in the last 3 years to a public or private owner, and that he has nothe is subject to a measure of termination of his contract by reason of a serious breach of his contractual obligations in the performance of a previous public procurement contract; in the event that the candidate has been the subject of such a sanction, he may however show the purchaser, by any means, that his professionalism and reliability can no longer be called into question; in case of groupement the above information must be supplied by each of the member undertakings of the group.

- statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover to which the services of the market refer during the last 3 financial years available,

- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for market-induced occupational risks,

- declaon the annual average workforce of the company, with qualifications and qualifications of staff working on electrical networks,

- list of the main works of the same nature, carried out over the last 3 years, with attestations of public or private recipients for the account of which they were executed, or failing that, with a declaration on the honor of the candidate;these attestations must indicate the amount, the date and the place of execution of the works and will specify if they have been carried out in the rules of the art; in case of grouping, the above information must be provided by each of the companies members of the group.

Procedure with negotiation (Article L. 2124-3) Public order code amount: the market is passed without minimum or maximummum modalities for the submission of applications: the candidate submits an application file containing all the documents contained in this notice. The candidate must submit an application before 7.6.2019 at 12:00. The application is obligatorily deposited on the buyer profile of the SDE 07 (platform dematerialized on www.achatpublic.com). Sending an application by e-mail or by mailr is forbidden. In case of disrespect, the application is eliminated. After analysis of the admissibility of the applications, the DCE is made available to the candidates on the SDE 07 buyer profile.
