The suitability is confirmed by presentation of the PQ-Nr. or provisionally by the completed "self-declaration of suitability" according to Form 124 or aTo provide a single European self-declaration (EEE) with the offer. If the offer of a non-qualified tenderer is shortlisted, the certificates given in Form 124 or EEE shall be submitted within 6 calendar days of the request. If the bidder refers to the abilities of other companies to fulfill the order, the respective number ishe or she must also submit the declarations and certificates in accordance with Form 124 or the EEE on request to these other companies. Certificates that are not in German must be accompanied by a translation into the German language. Obligation to specify at the request of the names and professional qualifications of the PeThe following documents as per form 124 are to be submitted on special request:

- exemption certificate (tax office),

- references (3 pc. confirmation of contracting party),

- company profile (annual turnover, employees of the last 3 years),

- Confirmation of liability insurance in appropriate amount,

- Commercial Register extract (District Court),

- Certification Berufsgenossenschaft (Contribution),

- Certificate of Attestation Tax Auditor,

- Certificate of Health Insurances,

- Extract from Central Trade Register of the Federal Office of Justice.

Information on the tender documents must be answered no later than 6 calendar days before the deadline for submitting tenders, and inquiries must therefore be addressed in good time to the contracting authority .
