The subject of the public contract is to carry out construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the existing buildings and the addition of a polyfunctional building, including relocation of engineering networks, communication connection, terrain and landscaping in Jin areaonice and related project activity consisting in elaboration of Project documentation and providing related activities, production of Dila documentation, providing license under common designation "Preparation of project documentation and execution of construction Reconstruction and extension of UK Jinonice area".

Subject of the public contract, compilation of:

a) Construction of the Project Documentation in relation to the following building objects (SO):

SO 01 Reconstruction of Building Buildings

SO 02 Polyfunctional Building Addition

SO 03 Water Supply Relocation

SO 04 VTL Pipeline Transfer

SO 06 Sewage connection

SO 07 Sewage connection

SO 08 Reinforced areas drainage

SO 09el CETIN

SO 10 Slip-over cable weakening UPC

SO 11 Heavy-duty cable for public lighting

SO 12 Reinforced surfaces

SO 13 Staircase and retaining walls

SO 14 Public lighting

SO 15 Set-up modification

SO 16 New transport connection

SO 17 Tube retention

SO 18 Retention and Vacuum Objects

SO 20, 21 Rain Sewer Connections

SO 05, 19 No need to be made in PD in the term specifiedin the Work Schedule,

b) the Construction, including the above-mentioned buildings and Greenery, and delivery of all necessary Building documentation, so that the Building is of good quality, functional, operational and fully caused by the agreed or usual purpose, in accordance with Permissions and in the terms set out in the Work Schedule; In making the Dila, the Contractor will follow the Obje instructions in particularand (c) the provision of a General Authorization Service;

(d) Provision of a License;

Compliance with the professional competence under Section 77 (1) shall be forbidden by the Supplier by submitting a statement from the Commercial Register or otherwisee register, if other legal regulation is entered in such a register requires

Compliance with professional competence according to - 77 par. a) the Contractor shall prove that by submitting a trade license for the subject of business relevant to the subject matter of this selection procedure, or a statement from the Trade Register, from which this corrective effect arises. The relevant business authorization is to me:

a) ProvadConstruction of buildings, their changes and remediation,

b) Project activity in construction,

c) Execution of surveying activities ..

Compliance with professional competence according to - 77 par. c) the Supplier shall be entitled to submit a document to the Central Office for the verification of the results of surveying activities within the meaning of Section 13 (1) p. a) and c) Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Constructionsof the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre No. 31/1995 Coll., which implements Act No. 200/1994 Coll., as amended. . c) the Contractor shall be entitled to submit the document on the authorization of the authorized engineer in accordance with the Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of theolani authorized engineers and technicians working in the construction, namely for fields.

a) Building Constructions IP 00 (hereinafter referred to as "Building Constructions Authorization"),

b) IS00 Statics and Dynamics of Buildings (hereinafter referred to as "Statics and Building Dynamics Authorization"),

c) Building environment technology, specialization of electrical equipment IE02 (hereinafter referred to as "building environment engineering, electrical equipment specialization"),

d) Technbuilding environment, specializing in technical equipment IE01 (hereinafter referred to as "Building Environment Engineering, Technical Equipment Specialization"),

e) Building Fire Safety IH00 (hereinafter referred to as "Požarny Building Safety"). the tenderer indicates how the person whose professional competence is fulfilled (eg employeenanec, subcontractor ...).
