Bfz gGmbH New building 500 500 VE * The construction project is a new building with 3 full floors for offices, classrooms and workshops with a gross floor area of 2 430 sqm as well as 2 underground garage floors with a gross floor area of 1 770-sqm and a BRI totaling 15, 000 cbm. The Grundundstueck between the outer Spitalhofstrasse and the Haitzingerstrasse in Passau has a size of 2, 000 square meters and falls in the North Sea direction by about 12 m.
