N01.06 160020 - UPN.1 Etoy-Ecublens - Reconstruction of the PS des Iles at Saint-Prex (lot 101) (ID 5112)

This invitation to tender concerns the reconstruction of the Upper Passage of the Islands straddling the highway at the height of the town of Saint-Prex and connecting the hamlet of the Islands to the village of Saint-Prex.

Main Site: Upper Passage of the Islands in Saint-Prex, autOroute N01 between Aubonne and Morges-Ouest, Bursins Maintenance Center, Federal Office of Roads (FEDRO) in Ittigen (meetings) and FED subsidiary FEDRO in Estavayer-le-Lac (meetings). offers is for the reconstruction of the Upper Passage of the Islands spanning the motorway at the height of the town of Saint-Prex and linking the hamlet of the Islands to the village of Saint-Prex.The following stages are involved: - construction of the temporary bridge, - demolition of the existing bridge, - construction of the new bridge, - demolition of the temporary bridge. - The following certificates / confirmations must be filed at the same time as the file. of the offer unless otherwise specified; failing this, the offer will not be considered:

Q1 Technical Capability.

- concept of the new bridge's concrete bends - treatment of construction site water,

- rationalization of means and methods for the protection of the environment.

Site installation plan:

- description of site installations and list of construction equipment including lifting means - completeness of facilities,

- optibuilding site facilities.

Site organization chart:

- identification of reference persons and subcontractors,

- relevance and adequacy of the organization,

- relevance of the flow of information and decisional flow.

Risk analysis inherent to the site (maximum 6 risks):

- relevance of the risks specific to the site,

- adequacy of the measures proposed to eliminate or-reduce the risks and define the persons in charge.

CVs of key persons: work supervisor and foreman foreseen in the tenderer's organization chart:

- basic and continuous training in relation to the fields concerned by the project,

- experience: number years of experience in the fields concerned by the project, adequacy of reference projects related to the market, fAnunctions used in the reference projects.

3) Program of work 15%

4) Quality, plausibility of the work program in relation to the progress of the work 15%
