Execution of engineering (preparation of a work project, execution of construction works and supervision of the author) at a representative site of the Center of Excellence at Sofia University "St. Kliment O

The following activities are included in the scope of engineering:

Main Site: 154 Sofia, 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., complex comprising a district 546 of the IP on the territory locatedbetween Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Vasil Levski Blvd., Shipka Str. and Hristo Georgiev Str. author`s supervision) at a representative site of the Center of Excellence at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ", 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Sofia (" The Egg ") under the project" Izgbirth and development of Heritage Center of Excellence BG, funded under Operational Program "Science and Education for Smart Growth" 2014-2020, Priority Axis 1 "Research and Technological Development", co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

The following activities are included in the scope of engineering:

1. Preparation of an investment projectt in the phase of the work project.

2. Execution of construction, installation, restoration and more. necessary activities for the site.

3. Exercise copyright during construction.

4. Completion of construction and preparation of executive project (if necessary)

5. Guarantee maintenance of the construction, including the elimination of manifest defects during the operation, in terms and conditions, determined by the Contract for the award of the public procurement, and in accordance with the current legislation in the field in the country.

The participant must have a registration in the Central Professional Register of Builders (CPRS) with the Chamber of Builders in the Republic of Bulgaria, for the implementation of the first group, the first category of construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, Vol. 1, b. "M" ZUT - real cultural values withcategory "national importance" and for non-residents in similar registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established or equivalent.

When submitting the offer, the participants declare compliance with the selection criteria by completing section A: "Eligibility" in Part IV : "Selection Criteria" of the Single European Procurement Document (EDES).

According to Art. 67, para.5 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may require the participants at all times to submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EDES, where this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. In such cases, the requirement shall be proved by submitting a copy of the registration document in the CPSU to the Chamber of Builders in the Republic of Bulgariaof the first group, the first category of construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, Vol. 1, b. "M" ZUT - immovable cultural property of category "national importance". For foreign persons, a similar document proving such registration in a similar register, in accordance with the legislation of the Member State in which they are established or equivalent.

Before concluding a contract, The contracting authority will andRequires the tenderer designated as Contractor to provide up-to-date documents proving the fulfillment of the above requirement, namely: a copy of the document for registration in the CPRS to the Bulgarian Construction Chamber for execution of construction works from - first group, first category of construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, Vol. 1, b. "M" ZUT. At the conclusion of the contract, the selected contractor - foreigna person submits a document proving that he or she has the right to perform the assigned activity in the Republic of Bulgaria, including that he has completed the relevant registration, in accordance with the Law on the Construction Chamber, in connection with Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act

Note: In case of participation of an association that is not a legal entity, compliance with the requirement is proved by these members of the associationo who, in accordance with the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the contract for the establishment of the association, are engaged in the execution of the construction. Where the tenderer provides for the participation of subcontractors, the requirement shall be proved for those subcontractors who, in accordance with the type and proportion of the contract awarded to them, will carry out the works.

When submitting the offer, the participants fill in the information on the economic and financial situation in EEOPP, Part IV: Selection criteria, section B: "Economic and financial status".

Proof:

When The successful tenderer must submit one or more of the following documents:1. Bank certificates; 2. The annual financial statements or their constituent parts, when published in accordance with the law of the country in which the participant is established; 3. Statement of total turnover. The information referred to in items 2 and 3 shall cover the last three financial years ending from the closing date for submission of tenders. The information may also be shorterperiod depending on the date on which the tenderer was established or commenced its activity. any other document that the contracting authority considers appropriate. The documents proving the required requirementsit shall be presented by the participant and upon request during the procedure in the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 PPA where necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.

2. Participants should have:

- Valid Professional Design Liability Insurance or equivalent,

- Valid Professional Construction Liability Insurance or equivalent.

Certification:

Upon filingof the tender, the tenderers declare their compliance with the selection criterion in OEDOP, Part IV "Selection Criteria", point B "Economic and financial status". Contractor, to provide documents under Art. 62, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, evidence of the presence of insurance "Professional insurance"or equivalent.

If applicable, where for a reasonable cause, the tenderer is unable to produce the documents requested by the contracting authority, he may prove his economic and financial standing by any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.
