Execution of construction and repair works for the current maintenance of streets, sidewalks, subways, crosswalks and other road facilities located in the territory of the Municipality of Poduyane

The activities envisaged to be carried out are:

The activities envisaged to be carried out are:

- repair of pavement activitiesin poor operational condition,

- deployment of reinforced / unreinforced concrete,

- repair of poor asphalt pavement activities,

- repair of pavement pavements,

- repair of sites and approaches with laying new pavement,

- failure and construction of concrete curbs,

- construction and repair of street drains,

- mine clearance,

- site cleaning, loadsnot the transportation of construction waste,

- securing around the site of repair works, etc.

The participant must be entered in the Central Register of the Chamber of Builders for the second group, third category of construction according to Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003. for the nomenclature of the types of construction works and Art. 137 of the SPA, and for foreign persons - in similar registers according to the legislation of ethe Member State in which they are established for that range of activities. In order to prove professional competence, the participant shall provide (declare) in the Single European Public Procurement Document (OEDO) information on the circumstances according to the national database containing the declared circumstances or the competent authorities, in accordance with the legislation of the country in whicho the participant is established, they are obliged to provide the information.

The document proving the requirement is a copy of a certificate for entry in the CPRS to the Construction Chamber for execution of construction works of the respective group and category. If the participant is a non-resident, he or she may submit a valid equivalent document or declaration or certificate issued by a competent authority ofMember State of the European Union or another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, proving the entry of the participant in the relevant register of that State, in the event that the contracting authority avails itself of the provisions referred to in Art. 67, para. 5 options. Before concluding a public procurement contract and in accordance with Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act by the foreign personshould * register and submit a document for registration in the CPRS.

* Note: In the case of participation of a non-legal entity, compliance with the requirement is demonstrated by those members of the association who, according to the distribution of the participation of persons in the implementation of the activities provided for in the merger agreement are engaged in the execution of construction works

When a tenderer envisages the participation of subcontractors, the requirement is proved for those subcontractors who, according to the type and share of the contract, will perform the construction. .
