Biotek Kalundborg in main contract - Absalon University College initiated a project for the establishment of a campus in Kalundborg, painted diplthe Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and the Bachelor of Science in Bioanalytical Diagnostics. The tender deals with the construction of a new campus in the main contract at Rynkevangen in Kalundborg. The tender is a restricted tender under the tender law. Note that the tender has been formally established as a "public tender" on the electronic tender system with tender no .: TN397478. After the pre-qualification - and in for- Main site: Rynkevangen, Kalundborg.

The main contract "Biotek Kalundborg" includes all terrain work and construction of the building incl. adjacent outdoor areas within the land. Only exception to this is the establishment of drainage of rainwater and wastewater, which marginally exceeds the landfill, as well as final layoutof the teaching labs not included in the contract.

The new campus includes a building that contains the ground floor and 1st floor with teaching facilities, project and group work facilities, common arelas for study, residency and halls, in addition to an interposed mezzanine floor in the north end of the building, containing common main entrance as well as canteen and production kitchen. Additionally insideThe campus holds fortified areas, for a front yard, a two-part warehouse for laboratory facilities and the production kitchen, as well as outdoor study areas and grounds in the central courtyard of the building.

The total building area is approx. 4, 852 m2.

Applicant must submit the single European tender document (hereinafter ESPD) stating the following information:

The applicant must state its total annual turnover for each of the last 3 available financial years. If the applicant has been in existence for less than 3 years, please state thatUnder the ESPD Part IV, Section B `Establishment of a business` on turnover from the time the applicant was established or started its business.

The applicant must indicate its solvency ratio for each of the last 3 available financial years. If the applicant has not yet submitted an annual report, the applicant must state the degree of solvency at the time of application. The information is given in ESPD section IV.B.

The ESPD acts as preliminary evidence that the applicant meets the minimum eligibility requirements for economic and financial capacity.

Applicant must, as his application, submit an ESPD for preliminary evidence of the circumstances mentioned in section 148 (1) (1-3) of the Procurement Act. An association of undertakings (eg a consortium) must submit a separate ESPD for each of the participating economic operators.

If the applicant is based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities, on which the applicant relies.

The applicant will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the applicant is covered by the compulsory grounds for exclusion mentioned in sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act and the grounds for exclusion mentioned in section 137 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1 (2), unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence that it is reliable in accordance with section 138, oris that the grounds for exclusion will be obsolete at the time of contract award decision.
