New School in K0dbyen - NSK2_Skole

Total contract ( NSK2_Skole) includes the design and execution of a 3-track school with gym and food school as well as outdoor areas. BarleyThe field is markedly located in tight urban areas close to listed buildings (White Kudby), storehouses and the railroad terrain. The site plan specifies an overall framework for construction on the compact building site, and as part of the offer, proposals will have to be submitted for a building that satisfies the functional requirements within this framework. The compact construction site and limited access possibilities insidecarries main challenges for the realization of the project.

Main Site: The school will be erected on the corner of Skelbaekgade and Ingerslevgade, in the southwest corner of Hvide Kodby in Vesterbro. food school and outdoor areas. The building site is markedly located in tight urban areas close to listed buildings(The White Kodby), multi-storey dwellings and the railroad terrain. The site plan specifies an overall framework for construction on the compact building site, and as part of the offer, proposals will have to be submitted for a building that satisfies the functional requirements within this framework. The location and overall framework have the potential for a project that can become a local, landmark, visible to many.

The compact bfield of view and limited access opportunities present challenges for the realization of the project. The tender will have to deal with how the site and pace are planned so that the project can be realized within the traffic framework and within the building and construction regulations for building in the City of Copenhagen and other relevant regulations.

It is important that the planning of the projectutter proposals are made in close collaboration with the developer and other stakeholders. Requirements for this will be part of the tender and, as part of the tender, a plan for this collaboration must be submitted. Children and Youth Administration (BUF) are commissioners at the school and Culture and Leisure Management (KFF) are co-commissioners at the sports hall. BUF and KFF star for operations ain each of their areas, and Copenhagen Property and Purchasing (KEID) is the operator of the building operations. The Technical and Environmental Administration (TMF) is the authority on both the local plan process and building permits, etc.

The contract is expected to be awarded in December 2020. ABT submission is expected until April 2024.

It can be stated that the tender offered includes project planning. The scope of this design is evident from the descriptions, which is contained in the tender documents.

Application must be submitted via Byggeweb - TN797172A at https://www.rib-software.dk/. It will be opened for the same Monday, 17.2.2020, pm. At application time:

- Completed ESPD (completed in Byggeweb`s ESPD solution),

- References (unless enrolled in ESPDs)

To the extent that the application is based on the economic and / or technical nature of others, documentation must be provided that these entities are legally obliged to make the necessary resources available to the applicant, cf. 2. The contracting authority`s template may be used.

The pre-qualification application must be submitted digitally on www.rib-software.dk under the specificeating out. Reference is made to Byggebeb Tender in general.

Prior to the application deadline, applicants can ask questions about the tender. Questions must be asked on the specific Byggeweb tender under "Questions and Answers". Questions will be answered promptly and continuously via Byggeweb.

All questions submitted no later than 14 days before the deadline for applications will be answered. Question asked latemore than 14 days before the application deadline will only be answered to the extent that the answer can be submitted no later than 6 days before the application deadline. Questions submitted later than 6 days before the deadline for application cannot be expected to be answered. In special cases, the contracting authority may choose to answer later questions received.

Selected applicants will be required to submit documentation in connection with pre-qualification.n for the information provided in the ESPD. 1, Nos. 1-6. As regards the grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1). Paragraph 1 (3), the application is limited to cases where the applicant has committed acts which led to conviction for violation of the applicable tax law in the area where the companythe heath carries on its profession.
