Realization of Sleeuwijk Solar Park

Sleeuwijk Solar Park. assignment: the tender for the solar park mainly concerns:

design of the solar park,

- delivery and installation of the solar panelincluding DC cabling and protection,

- delivery and installation of inverters,

- delivery and installation of a structure for the installation of solar panels and inverters,

- delivery and installation of an AC installation including cabling and protection,

- delivery and installation of a dynamic power control for the inverters,

delivery and installation of a monitoring systemso that the zone park is linked to the portal of the supplier of the inverters and is prepared with the possibility of linking to the Central Control Room (CRK) of the Rivierenland Water Board,

- testing and inspection of the installation,

- all other work that result from the above components, such that a working solar energy system can be delivered,

- completefull delivery report, including instruction manuals, drawings, engineering data and documents,

- guarantee the solar panels with associated technical installations for a certain period of use,

- prepare maintenance plan for the next 15 years,

- maintenance period of 1 year

No indication or viewing will take place. At the time of this tendern Work is being carried out by the Energy Factory West project group on the site of the Sleeuwijk WWTP. As a result of this work, tenderers cannot get a good picture of the fields that are designated for the realization of the solar park. In the binding and informative documents, the contracting authority provides information about the project location for the realization of the solar parkgive an adequate picture of the field of work. The contracting authority therefore refrains from showing or inspecting.

The contracting authority excludes tenderers from participating in this tender that are in 1 or more of the circumstances mentioned in the 2016 Public Procurement Act, in articles 2.86, 2.87 and 2.89. The tenderer must complete the European Uniform Tender included in Appendix 1(UEA) 'submit with the tender. By signing this self-declaration, the tenderer indicates that the circumstances as mentioned in this UEA do not apply to his company. The tenderer must submit the accompanying supporting documents / declarations as referred to in article 2.89, Public Procurement Act 2016 at the request of the contracting authority within 7 calendar days
