Repair and maintenance services for building installations. According to the building`s status program, the hall area is 5, 700 hm. Facilities work nosin The Primary and Primitive Home of Mintu is in a state of refuge. From 2024 to 2026, the breakdown of the premises is Puistola Elementary School.

Main Site: The new building will be built in the Puistola Suuntimopuisto Park in Helsinki. Paeaemaeaeraenae is of high quality, manylayered space element solution. As a benchmark for economic affordability, the lowest price is adjusted by taking into account the purchase price of the new building (weight 60%), the finance margin included in the leasing (weight 25%), the leasing lendervalue 5%), monthly maintenance cost (weight 5%) and contract costs for construction and foundation (5% weight).
