Dalmarnock Purifer Studios — Phase 2

This project will deliver the refurbishment of the existing buildings into commercial office suites creating interesting and innovative spaces which will attract occupiers to Dalmarnock. The refurbishment of the building has been designed to be subdivided into 5 standalone business studios within the existing structure — offering total of 3 800 m of business space and up to 500 jobs. The expectation is that delivery of all 5 units shall be undertaken in a phased manner.

The buyer seeks a design and build contractor to complete technical design and the refurbishment of the building to deliver the first 2 commercial units within the existing building, together with associated parking road access from French St.

ESPD/Selection based on a Restricted procedure.

The value of this project is expected to be in the region of 3 100 000 GBP.
