KW Palanggenbach: Lot 1 Building work

The main parts of Palanggenbach are:

Main Site: Canton: Uri

The Palanggenbach power plant mainly consists of the following parts:

- Water intake (Tyrolean mount) at approx. 867.5 m ue. M,

- Entsander (underground construction),

- access gallery water intake (only for construction),

- pipe tunnel of approx. 1 300 m (lowerapprox. 410 m,

- pressure pipe DN800 with a total length of approx. 1 678 m (partly in separate lot),

- control center below the upper Palanggenbachbruecke (approx. 13.5 mx 11 m),

- Underwater canal (about 2.0 mx 2.0 m) to Palanggenbach.

The following main components comprise the master builder`s work:

- Concrete work Water intake approx. 70 m,

- Excavation volume Entsander / Rohrstollen Propulsion (fixed) 24 250 m



Excavation buried section approx. 2 250 m,

- Excavation excavation center 4 500 m,

- Concrete volume 335 m central,

- Energy dissipation approx. 650 m

The contractor must prove that he has the following criteria:infrastructure, its organization, its know-how and its experience from similar projects are able to provide the tenders and services tendered.

At least 1 project comparable and completed within the last 10 years, with details of construction time and location the provision of services, construction costs, executed performance of the companyComparable projects must meet at least the following requirements:

new construction of tunnel by blasting (order value of at least CHF 5 million), construction in the water area (order value of at least CHF 0.5 million) ), Construction of construction pits (order value of at least 0.5 million CHF), constructive engineeringu (contract value of at least CHF 1 million), line construction min. DN 800. If the requirements can not be provided in a reference, the supplier may submit a maximum of 3 reference objects. These must meet all requirements at least once. In addition, the reference projects will only be recognized if the entrepreneur`s participation in the reference project and aAt least 30% of the project offered by KW Palanggenbach.

Further proof: Certification according to ISO 9001 or an equivalent quality management system (at ARGE: Company with the lead management, technical management, commercial management)

Procedural principles: The award procedure is based on the submission of the Uri canton of 15.2.2006 (SubV). For the rest, Swiss law is applicable both to the procedure and to the contract to be concluded; Jurisdiction is Altdorf, Uri.

Other information: The compulsory on-going visit takes place on9.10.2019 at 9:00. Meeting point: Obere Palanggenbachbruecke, CH-6462 Seedorf. The participation of an expert representative in the inspection of the construction site is a prerequisite for the submission of an offer.

Remedies: Within 10 days of publication by the Public Procurement Commission, c / o Mario Bachmann, President, Rathausplatz 7, CH-6460 Altdorf, a request for conciliation will be filed.
