Principles of procedure: The procedure is governed by the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement of 25.11 .1994 / 15th March 2001 (IVoeB, SRSZ 430.120.1) and Regulation IVoeB of 15.12.2004 (VIVoeB, SRSZ 430.130).
