The construction project will cover the project to the extent indicated in the worksheets for the overall planning and construction of the school in Myllyha. In accordance with the invitation to tender to conclude the contract with the selected operator. Offers are delivered

The City of Nokia wins offers for a construction contract at the Myllyha School. The bidder must take into account the construction of a barn house located next to the building site and operating throughout the construction. The more detailed internal support is provided in the contract calculation documents.

The contractor is selected on the basis of a contract award and the contract is made in fullcontractor (KVR contractor). The KVR contract is performed as a total price contract without index and currency binding.

KVR contract:

Building project to cover the extent of the contract design documents for the overall design and construction of the school in Myllyha. KVR contract includes the total design work, engineering works, LVIAJ technical workst and sawmill works to the extent indicated by the contract documents, to work in the management of the workplace services for subcontractors and the developer (see YSE 1998: Section 1, Section 3 and Section 4). a) Construction area

KVR contractor gets free kaeyttoeoensaethe site of the developer required for the realization of the site. At the construction site, the operating conditions of the entire school during the construction period must be taken into account in the design and implementation. It is the duty of the KVR contractor to take care of all work-time and ordering arrangements, such as driveways, making possible excavations, dry grip, lighting, etc. KVRThe contractor must keep the construction area in good working order during the good work and good condition. The KVR contractor is responsible for the property of the builder he / she has taken over.

b) Timely sawmill energy, laempoe, water and drains

KVR contractor takes care of the installation of the necessary time-consuming sawmill, boarding, water and drainage equipment, and if necessary, licensing procedurese. The Contractor shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage to contractors arising from any breakage or interruption in transmission.

The contractor does not contract the works separately in the areas defined by the contract limits, except for the contracts specified in the contract documents, in accordance with the contract boundary, and according to the work program. KVR contractor takes care of support and workphases. The need for work organization and the timing of work phases must take into account occupational safety requirements. The KVR contractor must submit a workplace plan from the work area to the developer within two (2) weeks of signing the contract (see YSE 1998: Section 6). Contract performance must be completed and handed over to the developer on June 30, 2021ssae (ks. YSE 1998: 17 -).
