General planning redevelopment digestion sewage treatment plant Schoenau
this contract is the general planning for the rehabilitation of digestion, including the mud stack and for the realization of the new gas storage and a new function hall on the sewage treatment plant Schoenau aBased on the existing project basics. The contract includes in particular the services for the construction project (SIA sub-phase 32), the approval procedure / circulation project (SIA sub-phase 33), the tendering of the necessary deliveries and works (SIA phase 4) and all services for the realization of the project (SIA phase 5) like the execution project, the building and construction site managementg as well as the execution monitoring and the acceptance. Detailed information on the content and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the present project and service description. Main site: Schoenau sewage plant The subject of this tender is the general planning for the rehabilitation of the sludge including the sludge pile and for the realization of the new gas storage sas well as a new functional hall on the Klaer facility Schoenau based on the existing project basics. The contract covers in particular the services for the construction project (SIA sub-phase 32), the approval procedure / circulation project (SIA sub-phase 33), the tendering of the necessary deliveries and works (SIA phase 4) and all services for the realization of the project (SIA Ph5) such as the execution project, the construction and technical supervision as well as the execution supervision and acceptance tests. Business conditions: The general contract conditions are based on the provisions in the contractntwurf (see documents).
Negotiations: Price negotiations are excluded.
