Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who seek an official decision concerning their professional qualifications to carry on business in Austriamust initiate a procedure as soon as possible, or in any case before the expiry of the offer period.
