SR design competition contract, Postipuisto Pysaekoeinti Oy, newbuilding

Offering a bidding for the total design and construction of the North Passa-Pasco Pyramid Testing Plant in the form of a solid SR construction, with all LVISA workloads. The total design includes paeae, -architectural, yard, structure, LVIA, spr, sawdust, fire, geo, elevator and traffic planning.

Step 1, Design Contest:

The SR contractor signs up with the design team for a design contest. Five (5) participants will be selected for the competition based on the lottery. Each competitor selected in the competition will produce criticisms of the maeed material in the competition program for the design competitionfor. The competition proposals will be scored, and the best proposal will be selected as the best value for money. The weight of the quality is 30% and the weight of the price is 70% of the point earnings. I have won a proposal for a SR contract contract and positions 2 to 5 will receive a monetary bonus (60, 000 EUR incl. VAT 24%, max 20, 000 EUR incl VAT 24% per proposal). The winning bidder undertakes to execute the SR contract on the basis of his bid.

Step 2, Design and Construction:

The Provider works as an SR Contractor, whose factory is the overall design and construction of the site. The overall design is implemented in ywill work with Housing Production. The contractor's design solutions must conform to the quality standards of the bidding documents in the bidding documents and the annexes. The customer has no right to demand compensation without compensation for the costly solutions to the required quality level made during the design.
