U2620 EFU-10158 Indre Arna Replacement School — Procurement of a Turnkey Contractor for Moving of Modules

Bergen municipality, (the agency for development) hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for a turnkey contract in the project U2620 Replacement premises in Ama.

Bergen municipality will establish temporary replacement premises in Indra Arna for use when Garnes secondary school is being rehabilitated and thereafter when Ytre Arna school (primary school) shall be rehabilitated. The replacement premises will be established by Bergen municipality leasing Garnesst0len 63 (part of Ama VGS) from Hordaland County Municipality, and a modular school at Garnesst0len 63 (Title No. 284/Cadastral No. 60). The modular school will be moved from Saedalen to Garnesst0len 63.

This project concerns demounting, moving and remounting of a modular school from Saedalen to Garnesst0len 63 including necessary groundwork and establishment of technical infrastructure for the modular school, and some clean up works at Saedalen where the modular school has stood until now. The modular school will stand on the site at Arna sixth form college dep. Garnesst0len (Title No./Cadastral No. 284/60). In addition, a small part of neighbouring site title No./Cadastral No. 284/1. Individual lease contracts have been signed.
