The purpose of this tender is the conclusion of a contract for the execution of construction- installation and construction-repair activities necessary to ensure good conditions for new electric buses.unforeseen CMPs, they will be allowed up to 10% of the total agreed value. If this hypothesis arises, the assignor will apply the provision of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act for amendment of the concluded contract, according to the manner and terms and conditions stipulated in the contract of implementation .. The participant shall be entered in the commercial register and / or in the relevant professional register and for foreignin analogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established. The participant and / or the third person and / or its subcontractor engaged in the construction and assembly works of the contract must be registered with the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSRC) for construction of the fifth category according to Art. 137, para. 1 of the TDA and the Rules for the procedure for entry and keeping-of the CPSR and a foreign participant in a similar register under the law of the Member State in which it is established or of another country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Prior to concluding a public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall request from the participant designated as the contractor the following documents (to prove the fitness for exercise-of professional activity):

Certificate of entry in the CPSP to the Building Chamber for execution of constructions of the construction category, in which the object of the contract falls - (certified copy). If the participant is a non-resident, he may present a valid equivalent document or statement or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of anothercountry party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area proving the entry of the participant in a relevant register of that country - Art. 60, para. 1 of the PPL

1. The Participant should have Professional Liability Insurance for damages caused to other building participants and / or third parties as a result of unlawful actions or omissions in or on the sceneto fulfill its obligations as a builder, according to Art. 171, para. 1 of the TDA - 2.
