Kontrakt 01-- "Construction of a sewage sludge stabilization installation in closed fermentation chambers at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Bełchat-w"

Reference Number: JRPII.ZP-6/2018

The subject of the orders includes: execution of construction works, purchase, delivery, assembly of machinery and equipment, commissioning, conducting operational instructions of the Employer's staff as well as obtaining the przz Contractor's usage permit. As part of the investment, the type and quantity of construction works is specified in the project documentation constituting Annexes 13, 14, 16 and 17 to the ToR. All information regarding the description of the subject of the order and the requirements of the Employer are included in the ToR, which is available on the website: http://e-bip.pl/Start/12558/PublicOrders.

The contractor will meet the condition of participation in the proceedings-regarding the economic or financial situation, if it proves that it has financial resources or creditworthiness in the amount not less than PLN 8, 000, 000.00

Contracts may be awarded by contractors who:

a) meet the conditions set out in point 5.2. SIWZ;

b) are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the PPL, except forku referred to in art. 133 ust. 4 PPL,

According to art. 133 ust. 4 of the PPL, in the proceedings for granting a sectoral contract, the contractor is not excluded in the case referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d PPL, and in the case referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 14 of the PPL, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of an offense listed in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. d Pzp;

c) are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 Pzp.

Conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion have been specified by the awarding entity in point 5 SIWZ. The list of statements or documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion is described in point. 6 SIWZ.

4. Recipients of your personal datapersons or entities to whom the documentation of proceedings based on art. 8 and art. 96 para. 3 Public Procurement Laws

5. Your personal data will be stored in accordance with art. 97 ust. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, for a period of 4 years from the date of completion of the procurement procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the retention period covers the entire duration of the contract;

6. Obobundles of providing personal data directly to you are a statutory requirement set out in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; the consequences of failure to provide specified data result from the Public Procurement Law;

7. With regard to your personal data, decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, applying to art. 22RODO.
